• the watch could be repaired in your case
• you'll be able to get the refund

After you have chosen one from the above mentioned options, follow the instructions:

• Explain all the problems you have with the watch in an email letter.
• Make sure you specify whether you require an exchange, refund, or repair under the manufacturer`s warranty.
• Indicate your order number in the email letter.

After we receive you email letter, we will send you a reply with a returning code. The package with the watch you send back to us should indicate the code.

• It is very important include all the links that you received while using watch, if there are actually any. Otherwise, we won't have the ability to accept the timepiece back order to exchange it or make the refund.
• In case you need a refund, the timepiece must be returned in the same condition you received it from us - with no defects or damages.

We will be sure to compensate any possible defect of the timepiece, in case it's the manufacturer`s fault. Shipping Problems:

If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by watchgatorshop.com If the item is received damaged, please contact watchgatorshop.com within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 28 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.

If you want to keep your timepiece away from being damaged, make sure to treat your watch carefully. The winding crown of the watch should be well-screwed. The watch should be protected from water penetration.

In the majority of cases a watch with producer`s flaws will be repaired. Otherwise, you will get a new timepiece of the same model.

If we lack the same model available of our own store, you may order another timepiece offered at the same price.

If you order a watch model offered at a higher price, please enclose money to cover the price difference.

In case you choose a watch offered at a lower price, we will refund the cost deference.

If you ask for refund, you will have to pay a $15.00 restocking fee.

If the timepiece you acquired was lost in the delivery, it is required to lose time waiting for Thirty days - we are going to try to hunt down the package way. In case we do not get the package in the mentioned period, you will get the refund.

During this waiting period we will track the package way. If the package is not found, you will be refunded.

* As it is difficult to foresee all possible problems during the watch shipment and delivery, sometimes it is necessary to cover extra-charges. Our policy does not indicate the charges, as they depend on the country the package is delivered to.
